This notice explains how Wayland Insight and Solutions Engineering AS handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us about FileWise365.

Effective 20 September 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller for this website is Wayland Insight and Solutions Engineering AS, Søre Titlestad 26A, 5243 Fana, Norway.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email us at info@filewise365.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer because our current website activities do not require one.

2. What personal data do we process?

Information you provide

The contact page asks for your name, work email, company, role, and a message. Name, work email, and message are marked as required; company and role are optional.

The website’s contact form currently displays a confirmation in your browser but does not transmit or store the information you type. If you contact us directly by email, we process your contact details, message, and subsequent correspondence so we can respond.

Technical information

When you visit, our website and hosting provider may process your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security records. If the site encounters an error, technical details about the error and the page where it occurred may be recorded. These records are used to deliver, secure, and maintain the website.

The site loads the Fraunces and Inter fonts from Google Fonts. This means your browser connects to Google and shares technical connection data, including your IP address and browser information.

You are not legally required to give us personal data. We need your name, email, and message to respond to an enquiry; without them, we cannot reply. We do not use contact details submitted for an enquiry to add you to a marketing list.

4. Who receives the data?

We may share personal data only where necessary with:

  • Lovable and its infrastructure providers, which host and operate this website;
  • Google, when your browser requests the fonts used by this website;
  • professional advisers or public authorities where required by law; and
  • a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or transferred.

Service providers act under their own terms or our instructions, as applicable. Some providers may process information outside Norway or the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires it, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or approved safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You may contact us for more information about the safeguard relevant to a transfer.

5. How long do we keep personal data?

We keep direct enquiries and related correspondence for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is needed to establish or defend legal claims, meet a legal obligation, or continue a customer or contract relationship. Information typed into the current website form is not sent to us or retained by the website.

Technical and security records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for site operation, troubleshooting, and security, subject to the hosting provider’s retention settings. We periodically review and delete information that is no longer needed.

6. Your GDPR rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us to:

  • give you access to your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • delete your data;
  • restrict how we use your data;
  • provide certain data in a portable format; or
  • stop processing based on our legitimate interests.

You have the right to object at any time to direct marketing. We do not currently use website data for direct marketing. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we normally respond within one month.

This public website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, marketing cookies, newsletters, or behavioural profiling. It does not make decisions about you solely by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.

No cookie banner is shown because the public pages do not currently set non-essential cookies. If this changes, we will update this notice and ask for consent before non-essential cookies are used where required.

We use appropriate organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data through it. We may update this notice when the site or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
